9K a year We are in search of an RN with experience in Long Term Care to lead our clinical team! Competitive pay rate based on experience and years licensed! Bonus opportunities also! Must show warmth, understanding, and responsiveness to residents and their demands and reactions.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Perform clinical administrative functions as needed.
Prepare, implement, and evaluate resident assessment and comprehensive care plan regularly.
Provide for emotional and physical comfort and safety of residents.
Observe, record, report, and treat symptoms and reactions of residents.
Follow rehabilitation plans.
Conduct in-service programs.
Evaluate, plan, and organize nursing care according to established policies.
Consult with Administrator on admission, room assignment, and discharge of residents.
Supervise nursing activities and promote improvement in nursing care.
Assure physician orders are carried out.
Coordinate nursing services with other departments.
Maintain comfortable and pleasant environment and promote elimination of hazards.
Receive reports from charge nurses on each shift and work to ensure maximum total care.
Make daily rounds and give report on conditions in nursing service to Administrator.
Responsible for direct handling of emergency situations.
Assist other department head nurses in filling open shifts in the on-call schedule Job Type:
