Responsible for the abstraction of the medical record to collect performance data on required elements.
This position assists with the analysis of performance data and assists with strategies aimed at improving performance.
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications:
Educational and/or Professional
Qualifications:
Current RN License; CPR required Required Certification, Registration, License:
Licensed in the State of Louisiana or Privilege to Practice with license in primary state of residence.
Experience:
RN with a minimum of 2 years clinical experience.
Special Skills/Knowledge:
Registered Nurse with strong clinical skills.
Good interpersonal and decision making skills, Basic knowledge of Joint Commission and CMS standards.
Not requirement but preferred:
knowledge of Word, Excel, and other software programs Equipment and Materials Knowledge:
Medical equipment as it relates to patient care; Computer equipment needed to assigned duties; safety equipment.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time.
Must be able to lift using proper body mechanics.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
